Ajigijaga's Widow Gives Birth Weeks After His Death

 Six weeks after her husband’s death, the wife of the late Yoruba actor, Ajigijaga, delivered a baby boy who is the replica of his father.

Taiwo Olaseinde Sanni put to bed on Wednesday, September 14, 2015 at an undisclosed hospital in Ijoko area of Ogun state where she has been mourning the death of her husband.

 

Taiwo announced the birth of her child via text messages to friends and family.
She wrote in Yoruba and English: “Sibe Oluwadara,boti Wun Ko Ri O,idamu Ayie Le Po Sibe Oluwa Dara.Oti Fi Ayo Ropo Ekun Funmi.I Av Put 2 Bed”.
The message translates to: “Despite the travails of this world, God is still good. God has turned my mourning into joy. I have put to bed.”
The new baby is Taiwo’s second child by the late actor.
Ajigijaga and Taiwo got married in November 2012. As at the time of their marriage, Ajigijaga was 57 years old while Taiwo was 26. She was the actor’s second wife.
Ajigijaga died on Friday, July 31, 2015, at his Agege residence, Lagos following injuries he sustained from an accident weeks before. Taiwo was heavily pregnant when her husband died.
