Sunday Oliseh has recalled a number of high profile Nigeria internationals for Super Eagles' October friendlies.

John Obi Mikel and Victor Moses have been recalled to the Super Eagles squad for the October friendlies with Congo and Cameroon.

Super Eagles coach Sunday, left out the duo from his team that played the 2017 African Cup of Nations qualifiers against Tanzania and the friendly with Niger Republic.

Oliseh left out Mikel over his failure to feature regularly for his club, Chelsea, while Moses missed out because of injuries.

The duo has since returned to action since then and Oliseh has deemed them fit and ready for Super Eagles duties.

Another Nigerian player who has caught the eye of Oliseh is Watford striker Jude Ighalo.
The striker scored the winner for Watford in their last weekend game against Swansea and is set to be back into the Super Eagles team.

According to the President of the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) Amaju Pinnick, two friendly games have been arranged for the Super Eagles for October.
