37 civilians killed by Taliban terrorists in attack near Afghanistan airport

Afghanistan Defense officials say 37 civilians were killed in an attack by Taliban forces on Tuesday night at a market bazaar and a school near Kandahar airport and another 35 people were wounded in Afghanistan as fighting continued from afternoon till evening

Nine "armed terrorists" were also killed, Afghan's Ministry of Defense said. The Taliban took responsibility for the attack, saying the gunmen carried machine guns and were targeting foreign forces, a Taliban spokesman said in a statement to CNN. Check out more photos below...
