The Cameroonian football superstar tied the knot with long-term girlfriend, Georgette Nicole Tra Lou in a grand wedding in Stezzano, Italy on Tuesday, June 14.
The former Barcelona and Chelsea striker and his
Ivorian bride have been married since 2007 but were yet to hold a white
wedding.
Reports claim hundreds of thousands of fans flocked to catch a glimpse of Eto'o and his new wife outside the church
The 35-year-old star, who currently plays for Antalyaspor in Turkey, was dressed in a sharp grey suit and arrived in a vintage car. Meanwhile, the bride, Georgette, mother to two of his children, looked radiant in a white wedding gown as she arrived at the church in another vintage mobile.
Other stars who showed up to support the striker include, Eto'o's former Barcelona FC teammate, Puyol, multiple-award winning saxophonist, Manu Dibango and Cameroonian music group, X-Maleya.
