Dr. Canisius Banda of Zambia's leading opposition party, United Party for National Development (UPND) who is expected to be the Vice President candidate in their upcoming elections was with APC National Leader Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu to take notes on how to successfully defeat an incumbent based on the Nigerian 2015 experience.
