A man named Prince Agorom has been nabbed by the Abia state police command who allegedly kidnapped his Facebook friend and demanded ransom.
According to Vanguard, Ozoemelam of Ugorji street, Aba, told the police he met an individual named Johnson on Facebook. After striking a conversation with him which lasted a few days, Johnson invited Ozoemelam to a birthday party.
The
venue of the party was at Ibegbulam Street, Omuma Road area, Aba. When
he showed up at the birthday party, he was physically assaulted and
forced to surrender his personal items including a mobile phone.
