In
a report by Punch, the list was recently sent by the anti-graft agency
to the Attorney General of the Federation and Minister of Justice, Abubakar Malami (SAN), based on request.
The
list, it was further reported, which did not disclose details of cases
under investigation, has 106 cases under investigation and several
others pending in court but either stalled or moving slowly.
The
EFCC reportedly stated the date which each of the over 100 cases was
referred as well as the challenges being encountered in the
investigation and the source of information leading to the commencement
of the probe.

Sources
of such information for the cases were listed as intelligence,
whistle-blowers and petitions from government agencies and private
citizens.

Governor Ayodele Fayose of Ekiti State
Minister of Solid Minerals Development, Dr. Kayode Fayemi
Ex-Minister of Finance, Dr. Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala.
Governor of Kogi State, Yahaya Bello
Ex-Governor of Kogi State, Captain Idris Wada
Senate’s Minority Leader, Godswill Akpabio
Ex-First Lady, Dame Patience Jonathan
Senator representing Plateau North, Jonah Jang
Controversial PDP chairman, Ali Modu Sherriff
Chief Lucky Igbinedion
Ex- Minister of Petroleum Resources, Diezani Alison-Madueke
