Top Hollywood stars, Danny Glover and Tim Reid have joined some of Nigeria’s Nollywood stars to feature in Nigeria’s historical movie, “93 Days”.
It was gathered that Danny Glover, Tim Reid and other international crew members arrived Nigeria on Tuesday, in order to attend “93 Days” world press conference and cast unveiling.
The press conference which took place yesterday Thursday, September 8, at Terra Kulture, Tiamiyu Savage, Victoria Island, Lagos had in attendance press men, sponsors among others.
The movie is based on the true story of men and women who worked diligently and sacrificed their lives to save millions of Nigerians from the Ebola plague last year.
Steve Gukas
Speaking during the conference, the movie Producer and Director Steve Gukas disclosed that, he knows the hand of God is on this project.
He said “when we started this project, many names cropped up in my head as to who will play each role before I finally came out with the best. The journey has been wonderful because I have the best cast and crew working with me. From the start I knew God’s hand is in this Project because God loves Nigeria”.
The lead cast of this historical movie includes Danny Glover, Tim Reid, Bimbo Akintola (as Stella Ameyo Adadevoh), Charles Okafor (as Patrick Sawyer), Gideon Okeke among others.
