Tewa Onasanya is about women supporting women and she didn't mince words about this in a recent interview with Pulse TV.
The founder and editor-in-chief of Exquisite Magazine and founder of the ELOY Awards opened up on why women should be their own best friends by supporting each other in every field/career.
According to her; "All women should keep
motivating, supporting and inspiring one another. Lighting your candle
doesn't dim mine... There's no competition apart from the competition we
all put in our heads. The sky is the limit!"

Oh how she found ELOY Awards
It
came earlier in 2009/late 2008 the lighbulb moment where we thought
there were man awards ceremony for men but none strictly for women and
there are women in so any fields doing exceptionally well and we thought
it's high time we rewarded these women so that other women can aspire
to be like them or the younger women will get inspired by what they are
doing.

She spoke about the 2016 ELOY Awards, and the new categories introduced as well as what to look out for in 2017 and how they dream is here to stay. Onasanya however stressed the need for women to continuously be each others support system.
