The monarch said since the elections have ended, it is wise for everyone to help Wike move the state forward.
The Sultan said this while meeting with Muslims living in Port-Harcourt, Rivers state on Tuesday, May 2, 2017.
According to Channels TV, Saad Abubakar III also asked them to always pray for Governor Wike’s progress.
He said “Now
that the noise of the campaigns are over, support the leader to
succeed. If the leader succeeds, the community benefits; if the leader
fails, the community suffers the consequences.”

Development Commission, Mohammed Aribitonye thanked the Sultan for
visiting Rivers state.
